Initially, the company focused on producing auxiliary equipment, but from the very beginning, Nikolas and Daniil dreamed of creating their own unique roaster using cutting-edge technology
After months of development, the first 7 kg roaster was born
2010
First Shoproasters Line
The roaster proved to be a success. Combining the best of convection and conduction roasting, it became popular with coffee roasters worldwide
Early clients, primarily coffee shop and roastery owners, inspired the development of the first Shoproasters line
2011
New Logo
It became clear that convection roasters were the most efficient for customers. This inspired the logo — a coffee bean floating in an air stream, symbolizing the company’s commitment to perfecting air roasting technology
2014
The dynasty continues, with Krutin Nicholas becoming the head of the company and Daniil Samsonov joining the team as COO and partner
Production volumes grew as demand increased for larger-capacity roasters
This led to the development of the Industrial Roasters line, starting with the powerful and advanced Typhoon 12 kg model, featuring a modular burner system. In the first year, over 35 units were sold!

The idea emerged to create not just a technological coffee roaster, but a stylish and compact model that could be placed directly in coffee shops. The vision of bringing roasting closer to coffee enthusiasts —allowing them to experience the process firsthand — stayed with us for months
This led to the creation of the first electric Typhoon 2.5 kg roaster in the Shoproasters line. Beyond its sleek design, it stood out with its 100% convection technology

The second-generation Typhoon 2.5 debuted at World of Coffee 2019 in Berlin
After years of development, production began on the first Typhoon 9 kg cocoa roaster. This line combines the best coffee roasting technology, tailored exclusively for cocoa
The Industrial series grew with two powerful machines: the Typhoon 20kg and Typhoon 30kg, marking a new level of production scale

Opening of the Typhoon Coffee showroom in Prague
This café not only showcases the roasters in action but also allows visitors to taste coffee roasted on Typhoon machines. The showroom offers free test drives of the equipment
